diff - Comparison tool with option to check file names only? -

i'm looking folder comparison tool has option check file names only, not timestamps or content.

i've tried araxis merge, beyond compare, , winmerge, none seem have option.

beyond compare support that. use session->session settings... menu item , on comparison tab uncheck everything. if want check case changes check compare filename case option.
